Ember (Radiant Energy) Detector EMB-7700-FLP

The EMB-7700-FLP Ember Detector is a high-speed infrared (IR) technology-based device designed for hazardous environments. It features an optical cleaning system to prevent dust accumulation, ensuring accurate ember detection. With low power consumption and insensitivity to sunlight, it offers multiple output options such as relays, 0-20mA, 0-10V, and optional connectivity via RS-485 and MODBUS. The detector allows user programmability via Bluetooth, HART, or RS-485, with optional extensions like heat detection. It includes a built-in self-test (BIT) for reliability assurance and can provide mobile alerts through LoRa/WiFi. With certifications for flameproof environments and compliance with industry standards, it finds applications in various industries, including conveyors, waste recycling, coal dust conveyance, escalators, drying lines, and more.
