Relay Module – REL-1200
The REL-1200 Relay Module is a versatile and user-friendly device featuring microcontroller-based programming and password protection. Designed with a focus on ease of use, it offers a 4-digit 7-segment display for configuration within the ABS plastic box. The module supports MODBUS-RTU Protocol over an isolated RS-485 Communication Port, allowing selectable slave addresses and programmable settings such as baud rate, parity, data bits, and stop bits. With 2 SPDT relays for each channel, the REL-1200 provides flexible relay logic options, including Normally On, Pulse On, Normally Off, and Pulsating On & Off. Programming is facilitated by three push-button keys, ensuring security with password protection. The module operates on a 24VDC supply with a low wattage of less than 3 watts, making it energy-efficient. Its environmental specifications include an operating temperature range of 0 to 50°C and a humidity tolerance of below 90% Rh (non-condensing). The module’s compact dimensions (100mm x 160mm x 55mm) and IP-65 protection class make it suitable for wall mounting in diverse applications.
