16 Channel Data Logger | UIP-1600-PMH

The UIP-1600-PMH is a 16 Channel Data Logger designed for precise data monitoring in various applications. Featuring advanced microcontroller technology, this device offers 16 universal input channels supporting thermocouples (types J, K, R, S, T, B, N), RTD (PT-100), and 4-20mA programmable by the user. With a field-calibratable front panel membrane keypad, users can easily configure channel scan times (1-240 sec), logging intervals (1-9999 sec), and printing intervals (1-9999 sec).This versatile scanner is suitable for applications such as warehouse monitoring, ISO certification records, oven profiling, blood bank monitoring, and more. It ensures accuracy with error condition monitoring, displaying ‘Break/Open’ or ‘Under/Over Range’ indications. The UIP-1600-PMH provides two independent user-settable set points for each channel, with relay outputs (NO/C/NC) for alarms, and remote acknowledgment capabilities.

7. Optional Communication Ports: Provides optional RS-485 Modbus serial port, serial printing port, and USB host for pen drive connectivity, allowing for versatile data reporting options.
8. Reliable Alarm System: Features two independent user-settable set points for each channel with relay outputs, ensuring a reliable alarm system for critical conditions.
9. Error Condition Monitoring: Monitors temperature sensor errors, displaying ‘Break/Open’ or ‘Under/Over Range’ indications for RTD and all thermocouple inputs.

8. Print Interval: Programmable print interval for direct printout on an optional 80-column dot matrix serial printer.
9. Logging Interval: Data logger model supports a logging interval of 1 to 9999 seconds, with a maximum memory capacity of 8000 readings for the 16-channel model.
